Below you'll find information about my fees, insurance, and payment options. If you have questions about costs or coverage, I'm happy to discuss them during a free 15-minute consultation.
Comprehensive ADHD Assessments
$1,250 | Total Private-Pay Assessment Fee
Comprehensive ADHD assessments are completed over a minimum of four appointments, with additional sessions sometimes needed depending on individual circumstances. The $1,250 flat rate covers the entire assessment, regardless of how many appointments are needed.
ADHD assessments are currently offered on a private-pay basis.
Individual Therapy Appointments

Initial Intake Appointment (90791) | 60 minutes | $225
A comprehensive initial appointment to discuss your concerns, relevant history, and goals for therapy.
Individual Psychotherapy (90837) | 53 minutes | $185
Ongoing therapy sessions tailored to your individual needs and treatment goals.
Insurance
Credentialing with insurance providers is currently underway, with final approvals pending. This page will be updated as insurance plans become available.
In the meantime, services are available on a private-pay basis. Superbills are available upon request for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Coverage and reimbursement are determined by each individual's insurance plan.
(OHP) Oregon Health Plan Update:
I'm pleased to share that I've made significant progress toward accepting Oregon Health Plan (OHP) coverage. The insurance credentialing process is underway, with final approvals still pending.

Superbills & Good Faith Estimates
Superbills are available upon request for clients who wish to submit claims to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.
Clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance may be eligible to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. More information about your rights under the No Surprises Act is available at CMS.gov.
Payment Plans Available
The total cost of a comprehensive ADHD assessment is $1,250, regardless of whether additional appointments are needed. A three-payment option is available, allowing the total fee to be divided into installments of approximately $417.
Sliding Scale
A limited number of reduced-fee therapy appointments may be available based on financial need and availability. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss this option.
